A magnificent North Devon coastal house with panoramic views of the sea.

The Eyrie is a beautiful contemporary house on the North Devon coast. It is perfect for relaxed holidays, with five bedrooms and open plan living and dining. The house is in its own secluded grounds giving plenty of space to enjoy the stunning sea views and the countryside. Perched on a hill it is tucked away on the edge of the charming coastal village of Mortehoe near to Woolacombe Beach.

The Eyrie was designed by architects McLean Quinlan and takes inspiration from New England beach houses, wrapped in weathered green oak boards with clean simple lines. The design prioritises the use of natural materials, with locally sourced stone and slate and extensive glazing to connect with the outdoors and bring the light in.
